In this experience, Stephanie will guide participants through a flight of four teas, representing distinct categories: white, green, oolong and black tea. Stephanie will offer context that includes tea history, tea making and how to engage the senses while tasting. Participants brew their own tea with Stephanie’s guidance. A worksheet will be provided in advance that explains brewing equipment and procedures. (Note: Expensive equipment not required. Participants can most likely make do with what is at home.)
