Privacy and Your Information

641 Tea and Writing respects your privacy and does not sell your personal information.

Information We Collect: If you fill out the Contact form or send an email directly, we collect your name, email address, business name (if provided), service requested and information in the free-form box. If the experience includes shipping of tea samples, mailing addresses for all participants are collected and stored only through the completion of the experience. Once shipment is complete, the addresses are deleted.

We use PayPal for credit card processing and so we never actually see your credit card number. Please refer to PayPal’s privacy policy for additional details.

If you view our site as a visitor, we are able to see your IP address and the pages you viewed. We do not attempt to pair your IP address with any other personal information.

How Your Information is Stored: Your personal information from the email or contact form is stored temporarily (for the duration of our engagement) and then deleted once the engagement is completed. The information is stored on password-protected devices and in the cloud, also password protected. Your credit card information is managed via PayPal’s privacy and security policies.

How We Use Your Information: Your information is used only for the purpose of providing the service requested. We do not add you to mailing lists or sell your information to others.

Requesting Your Information: If you would like to request a copy of your information held by 641 Tea and Writing, or request that it be deleted, please send an email to steph@shorepinelead.com. You may also enable your internet browser to disable cookies.

How We Protect Your Information: We protect your information in three ways: 1 - Limited access by staff, only with a need-to-know imperative that relates to providing the service, payment and shipping tea samples. 2 - Password-protected devices and cloud storage. 3 - Once the experience is complete, the information we hold is deleted.
